Welcome! My name is Mike and I enjoy playing with cameras.
I am more of a filmer but also experiment in photography.
Some of my favorite subjects to shoot include: skateboarding, music (mostly darker sounding
musicians within the gothic, deathrock, post-punk, punk, and horror punk genres), and gothic/horror themes.

I am currently working on a full length skateboard video which is my main focus.
From years 2007 to 2015 I ran a DIY skateboarding fanzine called Anklepants Skate Zine, printing
8.5 issues in total. Although the zine is officially dead I still update its related online accounts and
have a few other related things in the works. I'm also planning on releasing a brand new zine.

I've been building and painting skateboard decks since the very early 2000's and my
current skate deck project (since 2009) has been known as Symptom Skateboards.

Most of my camera knowledge has come from basic hands on experience, online resources, other
photographers and filmers, etc., but I have taken several photography courses in high school and college.
